Rachel began designing for the web in 1999 at the tender age of 19, working as a junior web designer in a large organisation. She quickly moved up the ranks and by 2001 she was the Global Head of Web Development. The organisation's website was an enterprise level, e-commerce site. It involved working with teams from across the globe from Sydney to São Paulo and managing designs in various languages including Mandarin and Arabic. Six years later, Rachel left this role and Dolly Power was established.
Since 2007, Rachel has worked on numerous projects with Dolly Power either directly with clients or as a contractor. Work has included projects for the Guardian, the NHS, Kew Gardens and the Wellcome Trust as well as many other smaller organisations.
